Free QuoteEvery project starts with an initial request from you about your project. Either by phone, our Slack messaging, email or by filling out our project planner. Once we have received your request, we will do an initial assessment and contact you to setup an initial phone call.
The initial phone is meant to get a better sense of the project, get to know you as a person, learn about your brand, products and/or services, project specific goals, and more. The initial phone call usually lasts about 30 minutes and is meant to be a fun introductory conversation.
Once we have started to discuss the goals for the website, we can start to go over some different examples so we can begin to understand the design style you love. We want to start to pinpoint the types of styles and features you would like to use as inspiration for your new site.
Following a nice collaborative discussion on web design examples and inspiration we will work together to define a scope of work document. This is a basic outline of all the technical specifications for the project, from pages to specific features, design style and more.
At this point we have all the information we need to provide an estimate of time and money in the form of a proposal. We will draw and send over a proposal that showcases our knowledge and expertise in the web design space, as well as provide an estimated timeline and price.
If everything is good with the proposal, and you choose to move forward working with us you will immediately become a member of the MB Creative family. More importantly for your website project, we will send you a contract with an invoice for your deposit so we can get rolling.
